Back from the dead

Let's get the elephant out of the room first, I am so sorry I left this blog in the dust for almost a year. Truth be told the beginning of the year had very little interesting to talk about as I was only occupied with my job. I'm pretty sure that's common for anybody who has finished college (or community college in my case). There were several other issues I ran into that I would prefer not to bring up.

But let's get onto to the fun stuff!

The biggest one to bring up is that I'm going to Las Vegas tomorrow! First time ever too. I'm meeting my best friend and her family there at the airport. I'll also post pictures and video I'm taking on my Instagram and there will be some pictures posted later on too.

Second is FusionFall Retro! I might have brought up the Cartoon Network game before, but the long awaited project created by a group of fans meant to capture what the original game is like is set to be released August 1st! Watch the trailer here:

Third is South Park: Fractured But Whole! After being delayed for many months it's officially scheduled to be released October 17th. I'm behind on my Stick of Truth gameplay, but I promise to get that done before I play Fractured But Whole. And yes, I'm doing a gameplay on FusionFall Retro too! Here is a trailer for that game:

Finally, there have been a lot of new shows I've been into lately, but the two I'll talk about are Rick And Morty and Star vs. The Forces of Evil. Their third seasons are both coming out this year, the former is July 30th and the latter is in November. I'm behind a few episodes of Rick And Morty, but I'll catch up on that while in Vegas (kind of fitting if you think about it).

And yes, I have seen Battle For Mewni. If you like Star vs. go see it as soon as you can!

I haven't been this excited for so many things coming out in a long time. I'd go as far as to say it's been years since I've experienced this hype.

Sorry if this is brief, just wanted to touch base again, and get a feel for blogging. I gotta get packing for my flight tomorrow.

Moving Things Forward

Hey, everyone! I hope you all had a wonderful holiday season. There have been several things I've been meaning to do before Christmas, but there is always next year, so I'll work on those in secret so there ready when the time comes around.

I spent Christmas at home with my family, and my friend's family came over too which was nice. Here is a picture of what I got.

(One of the family's cats Benny snuck her way into this photo)

The picture includes:

  • Chocolate and lots of other candy
  • A bag of loose leaf tea
  • A tea leaf holder that's shaped like a manatee.
  • A coffee warmer
  • Small tubes to hold shampoo, conditioner, etc. for travel
  • Bamboo pencils
  • A jar for pencils and brushes
  • Buddhist meditation flags
  • Chibi Stitch plushie
  • Betty Boop pajamas
  • Underwear
  • A scarf
  • And a kettlebell weight
For New Year's Eve, I flew out to spend time with my dad for a few days. First day was mostly watching TV, second day was a lazy day, and third day we did a little shopping.

In addition to being in Pennsylvania for New Year's, I got to meet my dad's dog Sassy! Here's a picture of the lovable little cutie right here:

I've also set up another art shop on Cupick! I'm going to spend my time for now playing catch-up until all my designs are on there. I've had an Etsy account for a long time too (before all of my other shops) that I want to get properly set-up.

And because the new semester started, I've been working on some class designs, which I'll the process to in another post fairly soon.

See ya then!

Long Time Since a Post, Right?

Geez, it's been a while, but hey, guys! I've been occupied with all sorts of stuff, which I'll share with you, but first you'll want to know what Pennsylvania was like I believe.

I had an overall great time with my dad. I don't have time to go over everything, but here are a few pictures:

These are my dad's chinchillas.

A few sights at the state capital, Harrisburg.

And here's a look at the Hershey Factory.

I'll make sure to go over more in my video of the trip.

In other news, I have been primarily busy with selling artwork (or mostly transferring designs into products). I'll provide the links to my shops on this blog once I get all the products up. I've also been trying to sell skin care products, which I'm going to provide information about on a page on this blog.

Speaking of art, I've decided to do the 100 Palette Challenge. I'll be posting all the artwork I create for the challenge here.

Other than that, I recently discovered this website called Duolingo. I'm using it to brush up on my Spanish and learn German, Irish, and Polish as well.

In an unrelated note, I also got these sweet new headphones about three weeks ago:

Overall, I'll get working on the video of my trip, get my art uploaded, and update other future content. I have my own cell phone now too, so I can officially create my videos without hassle! See ya, then.
