Holidays Are a Wonderful Time... And a Busy Time

Hello, everyone! I haven't been the most active on this blog, but I figured the best I can do is give an update. The holidays tend to always be a busy time for me. I'm finishing my classes this semester, my job requires me to work more hours because of more customers, and I'm of course busy getting my Christmas designs together.

Luckily I've finished almost all of my Christmas shopping a couple days ago (I might even be completely done, though I'm not entirely sure). I just need to get my Christmas stuff in gift bags, and send some of them to a friend of mine up in Northern Minnesota.

I am also making a personal goal to get the area around my bed clean so I don't end up in a chaotic mess that I can't properly store any gifts I've received away.

In addition to my digital designs, I've been wanting to start on a couple types of crafts. First is creating these ornaments made out of wrapping paper and balls of yarn. The second idea is using boxes I've received for my Seacret skin care products and making decorative boxes out of them by using ribbons and paint.

Other than that, I've been wanting to take the time to watch various Christmas specials for a list I am planning to put together for this blog. I have also been meaning to catch up on numerous cartoons. Lucky for me, most of them are currently on hiatus, which makes things easier and helps pass the time.

The following cartoons include:

  • Steven Universe
  • Gravity Falls
  • Star vs. The Forces of Evil
  • We Bare Bears (Just got hooked onto it)
  • Bob's Burgers
  • Rick and Morty
  • Over The Garden Wall
  • Possibly others I forgot at the moment
I need to still watch season 19 of South Park too.

Hope you're all having a nice December!

I Turned 22 Yesterday

Hey, everyone! Just checking in to let you know that the internet is back at my house officially. Actually it was for about a week now. I've just been dealing with the crash and burn of getting for the holidays at work, finishing assignments at the end of the semester, and putting together designs to sell for Black Friday.

Speaking of designs, here are some I've managed to put together.

They're available to purchase as various products on my art shops listed below.

In addition to designs, I'm also selling skin care products through Seacret. There's going to be a huge Black Friday sale for what I'm selling so be on the lookout! Here is my online shop if you are interested.

Now I need to get ready for a 7 1/2 hour shift starting at 9:00 tomorrow. Yay...

Too Late, Too Late to Compromise

Standin’ by the window
Watchin’ all the rain
Wonderin’ where the wind blows
It’s comin’ round again

Thinkin’ all is said and done
You’ve heard it all before
Too much worryin’ ‘bout the future
Ain’t it funny how it goes

To lie on barbed wire
To live on the summer wind
Too late, too late to compromise
It’s only lies comin’ round again

Comin’ round again
Comin’ round again

X

I haven’t been in the best mood lately. There’s been too much stress and anxiety at home, and I’ve been trying to get away from it all. I need to move out soon, but I still need to figure out how.

SHE LIVES!

Hey, everyone, just checking back in to make a quick post. Yesterday and especially the day before have been pretty intense with my computer receiving viruses that have found their way in the hardware, which lead to me going through a severe freak out. I currently have Yet Another Cleaner to help me out, and I'm getting McAfee installed at the moment.

Anyway, one of my projects I've been quiet about is a forum I'm putting together called FusionFall Universal. It's based off the now deleted Cartoon Network game FusionFall and is serving as a tribute to the upcoming indie revival project FusionFall Legacy. It'll include not only the Cartoon Network characters, but also other fictional characters from all sorts of networks on both television and online. I am absolutely ecstatic about this game, and I figured putting together this roleplay forum would help keep me patient. You're free to become a member, but I would appreciate holding off on character/persona auditions until all rules and information are printed

In addition, I've been trying to sell skin care products through the company Seacret. If you're interested in checking out the products, you can view my shop right here.

Other than that, I'm heading out to the Mall of America to do some back to school clothes shopping! I'll post pictures of some of the sights there as well as the clothes I purchased along with several others I got at my local thrift store about a week ago.

See ya then!

In The End

It starts with
(One thing)
I don't know why
It doesn’t even matter how hard you try
Keep that in mind
I designed this rhyme
To explain in due time
(All I know)
Time is a valuable thing
Watch it fly by as the pendulum swings
Watch it count down to the end of the day
The clock ticks life away
(It’s so unreal)
Didn’t look out below
Watch the time go right out the window
Trying to hold on but didn’t even know
I wasted it all just to watch you go I kept everything inside and even though I tried, it all fell apart
What it meant to me will eventually be a memory of a time when...I tried so hard
And got so far
But in the end
It doesn't even matter
I had to fall
To lose it all
But in the end
It doesn't even matter

Long Time Since a Post, Right?

Geez, it's been a while, but hey, guys! I've been occupied with all sorts of stuff, which I'll share with you, but first you'll want to know what Pennsylvania was like I believe.

I had an overall great time with my dad. I don't have time to go over everything, but here are a few pictures:

These are my dad's chinchillas.

A few sights at the state capital, Harrisburg.

And here's a look at the Hershey Factory.

I'll make sure to go over more in my video of the trip.

In other news, I have been primarily busy with selling artwork (or mostly transferring designs into products). I'll provide the links to my shops on this blog once I get all the products up. I've also been trying to sell skin care products, which I'm going to provide information about on a page on this blog.

Speaking of art, I've decided to do the 100 Palette Challenge. I'll be posting all the artwork I create for the challenge here.

Other than that, I recently discovered this website called Duolingo. I'm using it to brush up on my Spanish and learn German, Irish, and Polish as well.

In an unrelated note, I also got these sweet new headphones about three weeks ago:

Overall, I'll get working on the video of my trip, get my art uploaded, and update other future content. I have my own cell phone now too, so I can officially create my videos without hassle! See ya, then.

Holiday, Celebrate!

Hello to any and all visitors of this blog! It's a few days late, but I have managed to finish this semester (didn't get a 3.0, but at least I passed my classes).

I will be getting a new cell phone in a few days, which will allow me to post videos on YouTube over fifteen minutes.

I'm posting a future update video on where I'll be traveling for a week, which will be in July (the vacation; the video will be out at the latest a week beforehand).

I have some stuff planned this Summer so I remain active:

- Practice drawing techniques, which include taking a look at this free animation program.
- Learn more about web coding (I really need to improve on this, so I can create an online portfolio)
- Read a book chapter every night. Some fanfiction will likely be included too.
- Work-out routine. I'm working towards a more defined abdominal core.
- Finish video/collab projects. Some might take longer because I still need an idea for characters, how to piece them together, etc.
- Continue working on my ideas for A Look Into My Life. I really want to get this series started.
- Get some other segments started such as an art gallery.
- Work on written reviews for South Park.

That should be it for now. Why am I trying to remain so active? So I can learn to manage my time better. I want to get a 4.0 next year, and time management is what I need to work on so it is possible.

Thanks for reading!

Just A Little Heads Up

Hello any and all visitors of this blog! I felt the need to create this post to let you know that both my gameplay for South Park: the Stick of Truth and my first episode of A Look Into My Life are going to be on hold for a while.

I apologize for this already happening, but there are several factors contributing to this.

The first reason comes from the fact that YouTube has put a limit on the length of my videos I can upload, and in order to fix this I need to give my phone number. The thing is that I don't have my own phone at the moment, and I'm currently waiting until the end of the school to purchase a new one mostly because I've need to spend a good chunk of my paycheck from work for a new laptop, and I currently want to save my earnings so I have enough for any reasons that are necessary in the future.

The second reason is that the school year is approaching to the end, which means plenty of crunch time and burnout, and I'm aiming for a 3.0 this semester (although, it might be slightly lower, meh). One of my classes is especially difficult and requires some extensive studying so I can pass it.

The Stick of Truth videos will likely be split into greater parts, so I can post them on YouTube, and the episode of A Look Into My Life will likely be uploaded to Dailymotion and Zippcast before YouTube until I get my own phone.

Apologies for the inconvenience.

Introduction

Here is a simple introduction to my new series called A Look Into My Life, which is based on any current events and interests of mine. They will range from hobbies, places I travel to, school related, independent art/designs, and some personal thoughts of nearly anything on the internet.

In addition, I'll have some reviews mostly on animation and some possible live-action shows/movies as well as some gameplay.

Era of Animation/Television/Web Shows - Reviews of shows and movies. Most will be written reviews on South Park, but there'll be videos on other stuff too.
Gameplay Central - Gameplays of any games I can purchase on Steam. Currently on the Stick of Truth, but I plan to do all three of the Five Nights at Freddy's games, Eversion, and some others possibly.
Reading Corner - Reviews of books and stories. Nothing planned yet.
Music Station - Reviews of bands, musicians, and some songs.

These titles will possibly change.
